House Rules
- Full payment of the reservation must be made at check-in.
- Late Night Arrival Policy, Guests planning to arrive later than 2:00 AM must contact us in advance to make arrangements.
- Please no loud music.
- Smoking inside the building is strictly prohibited, as it poses a risk to the health and comfort of other guests and our staff. A $200 fee will be charged for any violation of this policy.
- For your convenience and noise control, the game room hours are from 8:00am - 2am.
- Our housekeeping hours are from 11:00am - 4:00pm (to ensure your room is made that day place the housekeeping tag on your doorknob by 12pm).
- Our lobby hours are from 8:00am - 3:00am.
- As much as we adore our furry friends, we kindly ask that you leave pets at home to ensure the comfort of all our guests.
- We are not responsible for damage or loss of personal belongings.
- Damage will be charged (wine stains, burns, cuts, among others) that the guest may cause during their stay.
- We reserve the right of admission and permanence.
- We are not responsible for personal injuries caused inside or outside our facilities' installation, during the stay or transit in our facilities.
- Furthermore, we are not responsible for any situation caused in tours or walks outside our facilities.
- To avoid any mix-ups or mishaps, we’re unable to accept packages shipped to the property — thank you so much for understanding!
Cancellation Policy
Please read our cancellation policy carefully, as it is not common for us to make an exception for it. In order to avoid any misunderstandings, we would appreciate your paying attention to the following:
- Please check with the details of your booking that you made
- Date changes must be made with the travel agency you booked with.
- If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, the paid nights will not be refundable.
- In case the guest simply does not show up (and does not cancel in advance), the total price of the reservation will be charged and this will be non-refundable.

Somos Hotel San Juan
We’re happy to welcome walk-in guests at Somos Hotel San Juan, subject to room availability. To ensure a smooth check-in process and maintain a safe and comfortable environment for all guests, please review the following policy:
Identification & Age Requirements
- A valid government-issued photo ID is required at check-in.
- Guests must be 18 years or older.
Payment & Deposit
- Full payment for the entire stay is required at check-in.
- A valid credit or debit card must be presented and pre-authorized for any remaining balance and incidentals.
- Cash payments are not accepted.
Room Rates & Availability
- Rooms are assigned based on current availability at the time of arrival.
- Walk-in guests are charged the standard daily rate.
Check-In & Check-Out Times
- Check-in: 4:00 PM
- Check-out: 11:00 AM
- Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and incur a fee of $44.99.
Length of Stay
- Walk-in stays are limited to a maximum of 14 nights without manager approval.
- Extensions are subject to availability and must be fully prepaid.
Guest Conduct & Right to Refuse Service
Management reserves the right to refuse service to any individual who:
- Fails to provide valid ID or required payment
- Appears intoxicated, disruptive, or disorderly
- Poses a threat to the safety, comfort, or wellbeing of other guests or staff
